No. Your policy stays active and fully valid until it reaches its expiry date. Nothing changes about your cover during this time – you’re still protected, just as before.

When your policy expires, we won’t be able to renew it or offer you a new one. To stay protected, you’ll need to arrange alternative cover with another provider before your current policy ends. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to make that move smoothly.

If there’s a balance remaining, we’ll automatically refund it to your original payment method. You don’t need to do a thing.

We’ll send your refund to the card or account you used to sign up. It should appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
